Welcome to the reKon audio Forum! This forum was created to improve the community of reKon audio users as well as offer important information regarding products and support. In order to get the most from this forum and keep it useful to all users, please be aware of the following Rules and Guidelines for using the forum.

Notice: Administrators/Moderators reserve the right to change/edit/delete any content at any time if they feel it is inappropriate.

1. General Forum Rules:
  1. Make sure you are posting constructive criticism, whether it's negative or positive. We do take feedback from here into account.
  2. If you are posting about an issue you are having with software, please make sure you have read all the support documentation, and user manual that is available on this website first! In almost all cases, the information you need to get up and running can be found in the support documentation.
Do not:
  1. Flame or insult other members.
  2. Bypass the swear filter or other filters.
  3. Abuse or encourage abuse of the Reputation, Post Reporting, or Private Messaging Systems
  4. Post personally identifiable information (i.e. name, address, email, phone number, etc.)
  5. Bump threads
  6. Derail a thread's topic.
  7. Post links to phishing sites.
  8. Post spam (i.e. +1, 10char, rickrolls) or Re-post Closed, Modified, Deleted Content.
  9. Repetitively post in the incorrect forum (ie. incorrect product forum).
  10. Openly argue with a moderator. Contact the Moderator via a private message.
  11. Share your account. Forum accounts are intended for the use by one person.
  12. Create alternate, backup, or multiple accounts.
  13. Publicly post or otherwise share PMs with other users unless you have the expressed permission of the sender to do so. Private Messages are intended to be just that - private.

2. The following topics are strictly off limits, including in external links:
  1. Porn, gross stuff, or anything else not safe for work
  2. Piracy, warez, Leaked content.
  3. *Any* discussion of piracy will result in a permanent ban from the reKon audio Forums.
  4. Cheating, hacking, software exploits
  5. Threats of violence or harassment, even as a joke
  6. Posting of ANY copyrighted material
  7. Soliciting, begging, auctioning, selling, advertising, referrals
  8. Racism, discrimination
  9. Drugs, alcohol
  10. Religious, political, and other “prone to argument” threads
  11. Any topic that is outside the scope of the company or product
  12. Any topic that is considered to be legally threatening or harassing to the company, product, or its users
  13. Any topic that is considered to be slanderous, intentionally harmful, or misinforming of the company or product, or its users

3. Don't be a Backseat Moderator:
Let the Forum Moderators do the moderating. Backseat Moderating is when people who are not Moderators try to enforce the forum rules. Whenever you see a person breaking the rules, take advantage of the "Report this post to a moderator" link. Or simply IGNORE the offensive post(s) or thread. Backseat moderating is annoying, and pointless.

4. Reporting Offending Posts to the Moderators:
If you observe a fellow forum member breaking these Rules and Guidelines, please report the post by clicking the 'Report Post' button, or feel free to contact us.

5. Repeat Offenders:
Users who are found to be repeat offenders of these Guidelines and Rules will be banned and removed from the forums.
